The Sydney International Boat Show from August 2 to 6 is set to have many interesting craft on debut. Whilst many might end up gazing at the planets and the large craft, there is one star we all need to look at, and she measures up at just 10.5m.

Hot on the heels of her even more petite and exceptionally fast-selling smaller sisters, like the 795 and brilliant 895, this new twin outboard family adventure cabin cruiser and fishing delight has lots on offer. It will be amazing to see how Jeanneau have packed three cabins, one full head with separate wet space, inline galley and double settee, and remember, you still have the pilothouse door and walk around deck, as well.

Running outboards certainly helps, but it is not the final answer. Clever utilisation of space is critical, so an island bed in the Master Stateroom makes a statement all of its own. To pack it all in to just AUD300k a starting mark with a pair of 200hp donks, and a wee bow thruster, is past commendable and exceptional, and on to truly remarkable. No wonder the Merry Fishers are as hot as a Summer’s day.

It is one boat I will be off to see, and you should too if you are there or in the market for a lot of boat in an approachable price bracket. To get all the rest of the information, please go here.
